Book from the web
- Search for a service, provider, location, date, or category.
- Open a provider or service page and review prices, duration, location options, policies, and available times.
- Select the service, any add-ons or package options, then choose an available slot.
- Confirm your details, address if needed, and payment method at checkout.
Manage bookings
Use your account area to view upcoming and past bookings, pay outstanding balances, download receipts, reschedule where allowed, cancel within the provider policy, and contact support.
Good to know
- At-home services require accurate address details and coordinates so travel fees and provider routing work correctly.
- Booking emails and receipts link back to the same booking record you see in your account.
- If a payment opens in a secure browser step, finish it and return to Beautonomi so the booking can update.
