Customer web shop and product orders

Some providers sell retail products, bundles, packages, or product variants such as size, colour, scent, or volume.

Before checkout

• Review the product name, selected variant, quantity, stock status, and collection or delivery option.
• For packages, check which services and products are included before paying.
• If a package includes a specific product variant, the selected variant appears in the package detail and cart.

After checkout

Orders appear in your account with payment status, fulfilment status, and receipt access. Contact the provider or support if a product variant or quantity is incorrect before collection or delivery is completed.
