Provider Yoco setup and accounting

Yoco is available from the provider web sidebar and the provider app More screen. Use it for in-person card terminal payments where enabled for the account.

Setup

• Open Yoco from provider web or More → Yoco payments in the app.
• Connect the Yoco integration, add devices, and confirm the provider account has access.
• Use the device or payment sheet connected to the sale or checkout flow.

Accounting behaviour

Yoco webhooks update linked POS sales after the terminal payment confirms. Successful callbacks mark the sale as paid and trigger product stock decrements. Duplicate Yoco payment notifications are handled idempotently so accounting rows are not duplicated.
